TIPH has launched the TIPSOL campaign to attract retail customers, aiming to increase the proportion of individual customers to 50% within three years, up from the current 35%. Meanwhile, core company Thip Insurance expects premiums this year to be 32-33 billion baht, growing 5%, and has approved an interim dividend of 0.50 baht per share, payable on September 23, 2026. For residential catastrophe insurance, the government will pay premiums of 15 billion baht, providing coverage of 75 billion baht, covering 30 million households. Insurance companies will retain domestic risk of 5 billion baht and pass on the remainder to foreign reinsurers. The underwriting framework will be proposed to the government by September 16.
