It operates monitoring centers and sells under the ADT, ADT Pulse, and ADT+ brands. Formerly Prime Security Services Parent, Inc., it changed its name to ADT Inc. in September 2017. Founded in 1874, it is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida.
