Bausch Health Extends YUN Probiotic Skincare Partnership Into Six New Markets

Bausch Health Companies Inc. and Belgian skincare innovator YUN announced on September 8 that they are extending their microbiome-focused dermatology partnership into Mexico and five additional markets across Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The expansion adds six new markets on top of the original Poland launch, with YUN's acne- and eczema-focused probiotic skincare lines already rolled out in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, and Bulgaria, introduced in Mexico, and expected to reach Kazakhstan in October 2026. The move follows a strong second quarter of 2026 in which Bausch Health posted consolidated revenue of $2.85 billion, up 13% year over year, while adjusted earnings per diluted share climbed 40% to $1.26, and the company notched its thirteenth straight quarter of year-over-year growth excluding Bausch + Lomb. The International segment cited strong execution across Latin America and EMEA, the same regions absorbing the YUN rollout, while the Salix segment grew 21% as Xifaxan sales climbed 26%. The expansion lands against a flat Diversified segment, which includes Dermatology, at $219 million in the second quarter, and International growth that shrank to 5% on an organic basis once currency effects were stripped out. Bausch Health also said it remains focused on evaluating all options for unlocking shareholder value, naming both its Bausch Health and Bausch + Lomb assets.
