DA Davidson Cuts Columbus McKinnon Price Target to $17, Keeps Neutral Rating

DA Davidson lowered its price target on Columbus McKinnon Corporation to $17 from $20 while maintaining a Neutral rating. The firm reduced its fiscal 2027 and 2028 forecasts to reflect a weakened operational outlook and higher interest expenses following the KC acquisition. Despite order growth in short-cycle and project activity within the core business, DA Davidson is taking a wait-and-see approach on the collaboration and the company's leverage. Management expressed optimism about the Kito Crosby deal, noting it has already contributed meaningfully to improved performance, and highlighted confidence in underlying US demand.
