Gaotu Techedu reported second-quarter 2026 revenue growth and a narrower adjusted loss, with net revenue rising 20.2% year over year to nearly RMB 1.7 billion and gross profit up 21.2% to more than RMB 1.1 billion, yielding a gross margin of 66.5%. The company's non-GAAP net loss narrowed 37.6% to RMB 129.1 million, while operating cash inflow increased 46.3% to RMB 861.2 million. Management highlighted strong growth in non-academic tutoring, online one-on-one tutoring, and adult-learning programs, with non-academic tutoring accounting for over 40% of total revenue. Gaotu forecast third-quarter revenue of RMB 1.838 billion to RMB 1.858 billion, representing growth of 16.4% to 17.7%, and had repurchased nearly 36.7 million ADSs for RMB 741.8 million by August 26.
