Winnebago Industries, Inc. manufactures and sells outdoor lifestyle products for leisure travel and recreation. It operates through three segments: Towable RV, Motorhome RV, and Marine. The company offers towable RVs under the Winnebago and Grand Design brands, motorhomes under the Winnebago, Newmar, and Grand Design brands, and recreational boats under the Chris-Craft and Barletta brands. It also produces specialty commercial vehicles and parts, and sells primarily through independent dealers in the United States, Canada, and internationally. Incorporated in 1958, it is based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
