Formerly known as Zhejiang Kaishan Compressor Co., Ltd., it changed its name to Kaishan Group Co., Ltd., was founded in 1956, is headquartered in Shanghai, China, and is a subsidiary of Kaishan Holding Group Co., Ltd.
