It has four segments: Entertainment, Amusement, Real Estate, and Others. The Entertainment segment develops and sells entertainment content under brands such as Shibusawa Kou, w-Force, Team NINJA, Gust, Ruby Party, and midas, and provides game content for PC, home video games, online games, and smartphone games. The Amusement segment develops and licenses pachinko and pachislot machines and operates the Tecmo Pia amusement facility. The Real Estate segment operates, manages, and leases real estate properties, while the Others segment engages in securities and fund management and venture capital. The company was incorporated in 2009 and is headquartered in Yokohama, Japan.
