Home BancShares, Inc. is a bank holding company for Centennial Bank, providing commercial and retail banking and related financial services to businesses, real estate developers and investors, individuals, and municipalities in the United States. Its deposit services include checking, savings, and money market accounts, as well as certificates of deposit. It also offers loans such as non-farm/non-residential real estate, construction/land development, residential mortgage, consumer, agricultural, and commercial and industrial loans, along with banking services including internet and mobile banking, cash management, overdraft protection, direct deposit, and safe deposit boxes. In addition, it provides trust, wealth management, and custodial services, and writes commercial and personal insurance policies. The company operates branches in Arkansas, Florida, Texas, South Alabama, and New York City, and was founded in 1903 with headquarters in Conway, Arkansas.

Home BancShares Posts Record Revenue and Adjusted Earnings After Mountain Commerce Acquisition

Home BancShares reported record total net revenue of $295.1 million and record adjusted net income of $128.1 million for the second quarter of 2026, driven by its completed acquisition of Mountain Commerce Bancorp.
