Immix Biopharma has closed its previously announced underwritten registered offering of 11,363,637 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $11.00 per share, raising gross proceeds of $125 million. Net proceeds to the company, after deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other offering expenses, were approximately $117.1 million. Immix intends to use the net proceeds to fund NXC-201 development, working capital and general corporate purposes. J.P.
