IND poised to win new projects, pushing backlog to nearly 2 billion baht, brightening Q4 outlook
Index International Group Public Company Limited, or IND, has signalled a positive outlook for its operating performance in the final stretch of 2026 after it stands a chance of securing additional new project work to bolster its portfolio. At present, the company has work in hand awaiting revenue recognition, or backlog, at a level of nearly 2,000 million baht. This backlog will gradually be recognised as revenue in line with the progress of each project, which will be a key factor supporting earnings in the fourth quarter of 2026 and sustaining revenue continuity into the next period. At the same time, the company under the management of Dr. Pornlapas Na Lamphun continues to pursue opportunities to take part in bids and negotiate new projects on an ongoing basis, in order to increase the value of its work in hand and build on its revenue base in the future. As for the direction over the remainder of the year, the company has supporting factors from the gradual delivery of work according to plan, together with the opportunity to take on additional new work. If it can close deals as targeted, this will strengthen its backlog and support earnings growth going forward. Overall, IND therefore looks set to enter the late-year period with a relatively clear revenue base, thanks to its high level of work in hand, and it still has the opportunity to add new projects to its portfolio, leaving its earnings outlook for the fourth quarter of 2026 on a continuously bright trajectory.
