Nordson Posts Record Q3 2026 Results, Raises Full-Year Guidance

Nordson reported record fiscal Q3 2026 results and raised its full-year guidance, driven by stronger Advanced Technology Solutions demand in semiconductor packaging and electronics manufacturing. The company's shares have returned 33.35% year to date and 45.85% over one year on a total shareholder return basis, though they pulled back 3.75% over the past month. Nordson's most followed valuation narrative pegs fair value at about $319.13, just under the recent $321.42 close, with 14 investors seeing the stock as 1% overvalued. The bull case rests on accelerating demand for advanced technology solutions as customers ramp capacity for AI, cloud, and advanced consumer devices, plus backlog strength in semiconductor-related ATS orders and smooth acquisition integration, both of which could prove more fragile than current models imply.
