SRX Global Liquidates Vistagen and Greenland Mines, Adds Onconetix Stake

SRX Global Inc. announced an update to shareholders on the liquidation of two portfolio holdings and the addition of a new investment in Onconetix Inc. The company said it liquidated its positions in Vistagen Therapeutics, a late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, and Greenland Mines, a critical and precious minerals development company. SRX also added an investment in Onconetix, which has previously announced an agreement to acquire Realbotix LLC. SRX said it added Onconetix in anticipation of that acquisition closing, and believes Realbotix's Vinci AI Vision system is extremely undervalued and misunderstood, with multiple potential applications in defense ranging from drones for facial recognition to body cameras. Realbotix uses a proprietary, patented robotic eyeball technology and the Vinci AI vision system, which embeds cameras and tracking lenses directly inside the robot's eyeballs rather than hiding them in the forehead or chest like standard humanoids.

Vistagen Reports Favorable Safety and Efficacy Signals for Repeat-Dose Fasedienol in Social Anxiety Disorder

Vistagen announced topline results from an exploratory Phase 2 repeat-dose study of fasedienol nasal spray for the acute treatment of social anxiety disorder, demonstrating favorable safety and tolerability similar to single-dose administration. The three-arm, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study enrolled 61 adults and assessed two 3.2 µg doses given ten minutes apart versus a single 3.2 µg dose and placebo during a public speaking challenge. While the primary endpoint of change in subjective units of distress score did not reach statistical significance, both active arms showed numerical separation from placebo, with pooled fasedienol achieving a mean change of -15.0 compared to -6.8 for placebo. In a prespecified analysis of patients with very severe social anxiety disorder, defined by a baseline Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale score of 95 or higher, single-dose fasedienol demonstrated nominally statistically significant improvement versus placebo, and the pooled fasedienol group also showed nominally significant results. Responder rates on secondary endpoints were directionally higher for fasedienol, with repeat-dose rates more than double those of placebo in the total population and four times or greater in the very severe subgroup. Vistagen plans to discuss these findings with the FDA regarding a potential registrational pathway for fasedienol.

Vistagen's PALISADE-4 Phase 3 Trial Fails to Meet Primary Endpoint

Vistagen Therapeutics announced that its PALISADE-4 Phase 3 trial of intranasal fasedienol for acute treatment of social anxiety disorder did not meet its primary endpoint. Fasedienol failed to show a statistically meaningful improvement over placebo based on change from baseline in SUDS scores, and no treatment advantage was seen across secondary endpoints. The drug maintained a favorable safety and tolerability profile consistent with earlier studies. Separately, the company reported fiscal year 2026 results with research and development expenses rising to $55.0 million from $39.4 million, general and administrative expenses increasing to $18.4 million from $17.1 million, and a net loss of $69.7 million compared with $51.4 million in the prior year. As of March 31, 2026, Vistagen held $45.4 million in cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities, expected to fund operations into 2027.
