The company transferred its 50% equity stakes in Yihai Kerry Kellogg Food Shanghai and Yihai Kerry Kellogg Food Kunshan to Mars Wrigley Confectionery China, realizing a pre-tax profit of 309 million yuan and contributing 263 million yuan to net profit attributable to the parent company. The feed ingredients and oilseed and oil technology segment saw both volume and profit increase year-on-year, benefiting from strong downstream livestock industry demand, the company's channel advantages, and higher sales volumes and prices of oilseed and oil technology products.

Golden Arowana announced that its controlling shareholder, Wilmar Hong Kong, has voluntarily extended the lock-up period for its pre-IPO restricted shares by 12 months. The extension covers 4,878,944,439 shares, representing 89.99% of the company's total share capital. The original lock-up expiration date was October 16, 2026, and it has now been extended to October 16, 2027. Wilmar Hong Kong has committed not to transfer or entrust management of these shares during the lock-up period, nor will the company repurchase them. This move is based on confidence in the company's future development prospects.
