As of August 21, 2026, A5 had a total backlog of 934.25 million baht, up from 855.75 million baht at the end of Q2/2026. The CINQ ROYAL The Eighteen Bangna KM.7 project has achieved 78% sales, while the CINQUIÈME Krungthep Kreetha project has 44% sales, and the VANA Ratchapruek Westville project has 43% sales. The company expects to recognize approximately 467 million baht from the backlog in the second half, or about half of the total, with the remainder in 2027. The two Cinq Royal projects will be the main drivers. The company also plans to develop a high-end project on Phatthanakan Road, with construction starting in late 2026 and sales launching in Q2/2027. In addition, it is advancing its new business, A5 Design, which has work in hand worth 50 million baht and more than 70 million baht in bids pending, as well as Upper Class Solution, which has already generated over 10 million baht in revenue, to ensure continuous income.

A5 cuts paid-up capital to 589 million baht after cancelling 31.38 million repurchased shares

Asset Five Group Public Company Limited, or A5, announced that its board of directors approved the disposal of shares repurchased under the first share repurchase programme for financial management, totalling 31,384,689 shares, equivalent to 2.60% of all issued shares. The disposal period was set from 19 to 25 August 2026, but when the deadline arrived, the company was unable to sell a single repurchased share. It therefore had to reduce its paid-up capital by cancelling 31,384,689 registered repurchased shares that had not yet been sold, with a par value of 0.50 baht per share. Upper Class Solution, a residential management and comprehensive homeowner care business, has already generated more than 10 million baht in revenue. This revenue is recognised gradually over the service contract period. The company therefore plans to expand its customer base from A5 group projects to external projects to broaden its revenue base and strengthen the business over the long term. The debt-to-equity ratio at the end of the second quarter of 2026 fell to 1.09 times from 1.20 times at the end of 2025, reflecting financial discipline and a balanced approach between investing for growth and operational flexibility.
