The company also develops elraglusib in Phase 1/2 trials for refractory pediatric malignancies, including Ewing sarcoma, neuroblastoma, and pediatric leukemias. Formerly known as Apotheca Therapeutics, Inc., it changed its name to Actuate Therapeutics, Inc. in October 2015, was incorporated in 2015, and is headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas.
