It also provides company services, entity formation, administration, cash management, and secretarial services to a range of clients, as well as cash management, foreign exchange, and lending services, and trust and company formation and administration. JTC PLC was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Saint Helier, Jersey. As of August 12, 2026, JTC PLC was taken private.
