Primo Service Solutions Public Company Limited, or PRI, has been entrusted with the management of two condominium projects in Khon Kaen province: The Origin Campus Khon Kaen with 492 units and Origin Place Khon Kaen-Kanlapaphruek with 442 units, for a total of 934 units. The condominium juristic-person management work for both projects will be handled by PMM Property Management Company Limited, or PMM, a subsidiary of PRI, covering common-area management, budgeting and finance, building systems and maintenance, security, and the environment.
