S&T Bancorp, Inc. is the bank holding company for S&T Bank, which offers retail and commercial banking products and services to consumers, businesses, and small businesses in Pennsylvania and Ohio. It accepts time and demand deposits, originates commercial and consumer loans, and provides cash management, brokerage, and trust services, including acting as guardian of employee benefits. The company also manages private investment accounts for individuals and institutions, engages in non-banking activities, and acts as a reinsurer of credit life, accident, and health insurance policies. Founded in 1902, S&T Bancorp, Inc. is headquartered in Indiana, Pennsylvania.
