Hangxiao Steel Structure signs overseas project contract worth 1.128 billion yuan

Hangxiao Steel Structure announced on the evening of September 1 that it has signed a DEP project procurement contract with Dangote Oil Refining Free Zone Enterprise. The contract value is 166 million US dollars, equivalent to approximately 1.128 billion yuan, accounting for 15.87 percent of the company's most recent audited annual operating revenue. Dangote Oil Refining Free Zone Enterprise is a subsidiary of the Dangote Group, and the two parties have a prior history of cooperation. Hangxiao Steel Structure stated that the contract value is large and the performance period is long, and there are risks that the contract may not be performed on schedule or in full due to unforeseeable factors such as laws and regulations, industry policies, and market conditions.
