Ferrotec Corporation operates in semiconductor equipment-related, electronic device, and other businesses in Japan and internationally. Its products include thermo-electric modules, thermistors, power electronic substrates, ferrofluid, vacuum seals, quartz, silicon parts, ceramics, SiC parts, silicon wafers, and reclaim wafers, along with parts cleaning. The company also manufactures and sells semiconductor equipment-related products, power semiconductor substrate technologies, peripheral equipment and components, silicon parts and materials, quartz crucibles, and micro thermoelectric modules. It provides services such as chemical cleaning, anodizing and plating, consulting on power semiconductor substrate and manufacturing equipment technology, cleaning for semiconductors and FPDs, and landscaping and green space management. It was formerly known as Ferrotec Holdings Corporation and changed its name to Ferrotec Corporation in July 2025, and was incorporated in 1980 with headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.
